At over 21,000 square feet, this project consisted of warehousing space, service bays, offices and a large customer focused lounge area. As Value Tire’s second Saskatoon site, the owners wanted maximum exposure on the busy north end intersection of Marquis Drive and Burron Avenue. The angled design of the façade lends itself to maximizing curb appeal. Our design team worked closely with the Owner to produce a final building that was a strong combination of space efficiency, aesthetics and quality. Value Tire opened their new location in June of 2017. The building envelope, concrete foundations and slabs, steel erection, metal cladding and exterior and interior carpentry were all completed by employees.

“Other builders said they could build our new shop and gave us a quote. Con-Tech went further, providing some very creative ideas at similar costs. This type of outside the box thinking made Con-Tech the builders for us.”

 - Gordon den Brok, B.Comm. CPA, CMA, Owner, Value Tire (Saskatoon) Ltd.
