This 30,800 sqft pre-engineered metal building was delivered under a design-build model, with Con-Tech overseeing all aspects of planning and construction. The facility accommodates three tenants and features a shared loading dock serving two of them. The primary structure was a pre-engineered metal building, with a custom framed front facade that played to the design of the neighboring La-Z-Boy building this was expanding off of. Despite the challenges of winter construction, the majority of the work was completed with a strong focus on collaboration and proactive problem-solving throughout the process. The design, building erection, cladding, and carpentry on this project was completed by Con-Tech employees - Resulting in a functional, flexible, and cost-effective facility tailored to multiple users.
