This project included the preliminary design management, along with construction management of a building with over 60,000 ft2 of meeting space, a 711-seat auditorium, commercial kitchen, full sized gymnasium and office and administration spaces.  This project was completed in 2006 and would carry a current construction cost of nearly $13M.  It is an excellent example of the use of pre-engineered building products to create large volumes of space with no interior columns. The building envelope, concrete foundations and slabs, steel erection, metal cladding and exterior and interior carpentry were all completed by employees.
